component sms_mp_control_manager error

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I keep getting this error in the component status:
MP Control Manager detected MP is not responding to HTTP requests. The http
error is Internal Server Error.
I just don't know what is originating this.
Help please.
