Dear
we have solved the problem of the SMS Virtual Mouse: there was an old Remote
Desktop Client on the machines but what we could not understand is that why
only 30 machines why not all the machines. All our machines have this Remote
Desktop client.
About the Problem of the lose of drivers after the installation of SMS. I
have got the model of the computers that make this problem and I even make a
reply from the web but I don't know why it is no there. So I will get the
specific Model number once again and send them to you.
Thank you for your cooperation
Waleed
