And thanks for the response, the only reponse.
I have since found that there was a group policy applied. Computer
Configuration, Local Policies/Security Options, Shutdown: Allow system to be
shutdown without having to log on: Disabled.
I have created a policy which enables the above and tested with a scheduled
reboot whilst logged off. This worked ok. The proper test will be when I
next roll out patches.
