I suspect that permissions are part of the issue causing theis problem. I
would recommend that you take a look at the Scenarios and Procedures for SMS
2003: Maintenance, Backup and Recovery guide for steps for moving the SMS
site database, and the Scenarios and Procedures for SMS 2003: Security guide
for the permissions required to access the site database. Both guides can be
found on the SMS Product Documentation Web Site
