We need to allow the use of SMS Admin Console to non-admins on the sms
servers. What i've done:
- added user to SMS Admins group on the sms server
- ROOT\SMS box, full permissions for WMI
- checked distributed COM is enabled on the clients

but...
Every time i try to connnect i get "Connection Failed" error.
Tried on several machines the results are the same..

in adminui.log i can see this (nothing special in others logs):
[C3C][Sat 05/21/2005 17:37:07]:Error(ConnectServer): Possible UI
connection error code is -2147024891 [0x80070005]

As soon I add a user to Administrators group on the sms server, its
possible to connect
