RE: event id 7034 from Service Control Manager

Hi,

Thank you for your update.

I am glad to hear the SMS_EXECUTIVE is now working properly.
In order to find why the SMS_EXECUTIVE was crashed in the previous, a
crashdump for this service will be necessary.
By default the following crash log files will be created:

-The service creates an SMS\Logs\CrashDump\<YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS>_<Service>
folder, where <YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS> is the date and time of the exception
and <Service> is the name of the service that raised the exception (for
example, Smsexec, Sitecomp, or Smsdbmon).

- If logging is turned on, the service copies all of the log files into the
SMS\Logs\CrashDump\<YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS>_<Service> folder. Whether or
not logging is turned on, the service also dumps an internal cache of log
messages to files in this folder. Even if logging is not enabled, you still
get the last 10 log messages from every thread of the service.

So these log files exist on the computer? If yes, please send the files to
leelili@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to check the issue further.
If not, please enable the logging for the SMS_EXECUTIVE service, so we can
check the issue if the problem appears on the computer again.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Lee Li
