Before processing requests from CCIM, APM first checks whether the checksum
of CCIM is correct. A list of checksums is on the CAP and the client makes a
copy of that. If the CCIM checksum does not match the one on the checksum
list, then you get this error. It could be that CCIM is corrupted or has
been infected with some virus - we've seen this one before. I believe that
in 2.0, the client can also incorrectly set the local checksum list - this
has been fixed in 2003.
