Components Not Installating

I know this topic has been beat to death...but I still can't find a
solution...So any help would be greatly appreciated:

SMS 2.0 SP5
SMS Server is on Domain A
SMS Client is on Domain B
Domain B\Users have been granted rights on all CAPs

So, I have a newly imaged PC and try to install the SMS client on it. Finds
the site, installs base components, but no inventory/soft dist agent.

On the SMSAPM32.log:
IPC SERVER : !!! AN UNAUTHORISED APPLICATION, ccim32.dll, ATTEMPTED TO
CONNECT TO APM. DISALLOWING CONNECTION (5) (pid=2672) !!!

On the CCIM32.log:
ERROR: Unable to establish a connection with APM - No process is on the
other end of the pipe.

Now, here comes the most puzzling part...If I uninstall the smsclient and
reinstall, all components install just fine...I'm stumpted

Thanks,
Jorge
