Reinstalling software on Advanced Client

In SMS 2.0 (or in legacy clients) , we can run the advertised program on a
workstation again, by deleting the job file in
C:\winnt\ms\sms\clicomp\apa\data\completed jobs folder-

How can I make a program re-run in Sms2003 (or in a advanced client?) -

If I tried to re-advertise the same package to the workstation, it doesn't
run- and when I check the advertisement status-I am seeing this message...

"The program for advertisement "AMI203FD" will not be run ("AMI000F7" -
"DB2FixPack713"). The program settings indicate that this program should
only be run on computers where the previous attempt to run this program was
not successful. The previous attempt to run this program was successful.
This program was previously run successfully at 2005/05/02 08:31:34."

Is there a way to re-run in SMS 2003-
