Re: Failed to Create Virtual Dir: Bits Enabled DP

This is the error from DISTMGR.log:
ERROR CreateVirtualDirectory: Failed to bind to virtual directory root
IIS://CA/W3svc/1/ROOT. error = Access is denied.

I manually created the app pool and virtual directory by using my site
system as a reference, but i still receive that error.

The site system is a functional Reporting site and Management Point, so i'm
very sure that IIS base is installed on it.
