Are these client systems running windows xp?
The last version of the initiate advanced client actions tool only works
with "windows xp" because it tries a wmi ping to see whether the clients
are online. (wmi ping was not implemented prior to xp).

The older version on the initiate advanced client actions tool should
not have this isse. (It does have another issue that makes that it only
works on English based systems.
