You should be able to script the packages that have refresh enabled,
reporting the schedule should be feasible in the script as well. The
size of the update is going to be more tricky, because I don't think sms
knows this information in advance, it most likely just searches for the
modified time file attribute and compares these, if they are different
file needs to be copied.
