The question should be, does anyone know how to do it from the command
line (via script or otherwise). If so, then you just make that into an SMS
package and send it out as a normal software distribution.

I'm afraid I don't have that answer, however. Usually a search of the
Internet (using your favorite search engine) can find such solutions.
