What you are seeing is that remote.exe is not able to map the name you
are providing to it to an SMS resource ID, so it can't check the SMS
database and see if you have rights to remote control that system.

If you are using remote.exe outside of the sms admin console, you can use
the /SMS:NOSQL switch to prevent it from checking for the security.
Obviously there are some security concerns here, you don't wnat remote.exe
to spread too widely in your company.
