Are your remote Admin Consoles Windows XP SP2 perhaps
If so please look at the FAQ at

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sms/sms2003/t
echfaq/tfaq03.mspx

look at the section for Windows XP SP2

Also make sure your remote admin console is the same
version as the site server.

If both the above cases check out fine then send us the
adminui.log
