I assume Jed called his script sms.bat. and the %1 is a variable that
takes the computername.
So if it says it can't find sms that is most likely because you called
your script something else or you haven't created a script and are just
running the start c:\.... command directly and it thinks sms is the
computername.
the /sms:nosql means that the security settings on the system resource
are not checked. (Normally you need to have remote tools privilige on
the resource to be able to remote control a client). This switch
disables that check, you will still need to be able to authenticate to
the client though.
