Phased Deployment

Hi there,

We currently have SMS 2003 deployed to a fairly large number of
machines. We have collections built by AD OU, but there are still
around 1000 machines in each OU.

We want deploy some software, but only in batches of 50-100 per night
to lighten the support load should things not work out.

What's the group's opinion on the best way of doing this? I thought
that under SMS 2.0 you could do batches, and that you could also import
a text file list of machine names in order to create a collection, but
neither of these options seem to exist in SMS 2003 any more.
Any help greatfully received!

Many thanks,

--Alex
