What is the SAP Admin Group you refer to ?
Is your user a member of the SMS Admins group ?

with the same user account
launch wbemtest.exe and try connecting to
\\MTN-SMSMGT1\root\sms

does the connection fail ? If it does it seems like an
ACL problem on that wmi namespace
