Thanks for the reply Sai,

Machines are both Win 2000 SP4
I added the users to the SAP Admin Group on the site server
I also did a "Run As" with my normal admin account for SMS as well as
logging in to that machine with that account. (That other account is a
member of Domain Admins)

These lines replicate at each attempt to connect (from adminui.log):

[898][Mon 11/01/2004 15:57:54]:Info(ConnectServer): Connecting to server :
namespace \\MTN-SMSMGT1\root\sms
[898][Mon 11/01/2004 15:57:54]:Info(ConnectServer): Connecting to server.
Network : \\MTN-SMSMGT1\root\sms
[898][Mon 11/01/2004 15:57:54]:Error(ConnectServer): Possible UI connection
error code is -2147024891 [0x80070005]
