not a valid application when sms_site component_manager start

Y have a new architecture with 2 DC Windows 2003 and a new AD. Y have
installing a 3 server as member. on this server y installing SMS 2003 FR and
when sms_site_component_manager start during installation the installation
stop. If y want to start manuelly the service y stop with this error not a
valid win32 application .
the folder is e:\program files\sms-server. no error in application or system
event. no error in log.
