Zen,
You do not need to look for for finding stuff to read on sms 2003 as
already pointed out the Sms product website contains a wealth of
documents, some explaining the inner workings of sms. Some just
containing steps & procedures.
As I already stated in a previous post, I certainly don't think there is
a shortage of good info. Keep in mind that sms is a fairly large feature
rich management server, so finding one document that brings you up to
speed is going to be difficult. If you want everything in one book I
guess the Sms Administrators Companion is the way to go.
If you want to work with the free stuff, which is certainly good as
well, just let us know what you are trying to accomplish, and someone
will most likely step in and help/explain/point you in the right
direction on any questions you might have.
I have been monitoring these newsgroups for a while now, and they are
certainly very active, and helpfull. And I haven't seen much posts going
unanswerred.
