EVENT ID 4100 problem

Hi all,

I am getting this error message on a few of my servers that have advanced
client agents installed. I've un-registered mobsynch.dll on my site server
and also have upgraded to SMS2003 SP1 and these events still continue to
happen every 15 minutes. Can someone please help me solve this?

In addition, on my site server I'm getting these error logs every 15
minutes...
