Hello,

The patchuimonitor.dll file that comes with the hotfix is version:
04-Dec-2003 18:23 2.50.2726.104 111,104 Patchuimonitor.dll

Therefore the version that you supplied:

I am seeing this error on machines with DLL versions like: 2.50.2726.13 is
greater than the version supplied in the hotfix. Therefore the hotfix will
not apply because the fixed code is already in the new rev version of the
dll.

This fix was rolled-up in Service Pack 1 for SMS2003.
