In RTM we did not have any Security rights for the Software Updates Node and
for SP1 we now have the security rights for this now. At the time of an
upgrade we copy the class advertisement rights for the user to the Software
Updates Node. So if this user does not have advertisement rights then after
the upgrade he may not have Software Updates rights. In this case he should
ask the SMS Admins to grant rights to this user for Software Updates Node.

This happens then MP is installed or removed or because of some erroneous
condition the SMS provider can not connect to the SMS Database. User needs
to close the SMS ADMIN UI and restart it again.
