Hi Terry,
Thanks so much for all the responses. Well i find that the distribution
point is still not uploaded with the office package. When i run the "Run
Advertised programs" from the client get the following message.First i am
displayed a "Program Download required " screen.Checked the "Run
Automatically when download completes" follwowing which another message pops
up with the following message
"This program must be downloaded before it can be run. However, the space
allocated for program downloads is insufficient to downlaod this program. For
more information contact your administrator or helpdesk operator".
I find that the distribution point on the server has about 18 gigs of free
space and the client on which i am testing the office package deployment
also has a lot of space.
Can you kindly let me know as to how i can troubleshoot the problem? Also ,
yes i was referring to the notification from the "blue notification area".
Have i run into some problem due to which i am getting this notification even
before the content has been uploaded to the distribution point. My
distribution point is located on the site server itself and i am on a
different subnet from that of the site server and not separated by any WAN
connection.
Many Thanks!
