Hi,
I am running SMS 2003 and recently installed Office scannin Toolsand for
Deploying MS office patches.I am presently facing problems with respect to
deployment of the updates. On advertising patches to a test collection and
monitoring a machine for the notifications find that the client receives the
package and begins to install. But half way through it shows a pop-up with
this error message:
"Command line Option Sysntax error.Type command/?for help"
Upon user intervention (clicking Ok on these messages)the updates install
but otherwise it doesnt.I checked indivual updates on MS website for special
command lines, but none were indicated.Hence used msiexec/i as the command
line syntax. But this seems wrong! Can someone let me know what the right
command line is.
Many Thanks!
