The sync task is failing to update the DP's. On whose context is this task
running because the error code returned( 2147749891 - 0x80041003) says that
the access was denied while calling a provider method (refreshpackage()).
You would need unattend switch in the case where you don't want the sync to
update the DP's after it has updated the package source and you want to do
update DP's on some schedule only.
