Have you set the synctaks to run on a schedule? From the logs it looks like
the last time the synctask ran was on 5/16 and thats the timestamp that
would see on the mssecure.cab file. Also the logs indicate that the last
time sync ran , the scantools were at older version(mbsa v1.1). Could you
verify that your synctask is INFACT running without any issues? Look at the
securitysyncxml.log for the last update time and/or other entries(re-run the
    sync task).

Also in case you want the auto update of the DP's with the newly downloaded
catalog, you should remove the unattend switch from the sync cmdline. That
way you won't have to update the DP's manually or be dependent on the DP
    update schedule.

The correct solution would be to let the sync run and update the DP for you
and then clients run the scan using the latest catalog. But you can quicken
this cycle by copying the catalog manually in the scan tools package source
folder and updating the DP and then rerunning the scan advertisments. After
this, once the clients run the scan ad. you should be able to see the status
of all the newly released patches.

    Hope this helps..
