MsiInstaller throws error 25001!

Hi,
I am running SMS 2003 and the system is almost ready for
roll-out. But one of the Win2K server keeps rebooting
itself upon installation of the SMS client with both
manual installation and client push installation. Half
way through the SMS installtion the system reboots twice
or thrice and takes 10-12 minutes for it get back to its
normal state.
I read the application logs and i find the error
25001.Can someone please elaborate on what this error
is.Also they are errors with Event id:108 and event
id:102. Although i am not sure as to whether these are
the errors generated due SMS advanced client installation
i am notifying it for inforamtion.
I came across a similar thread addressing such a type of
problem but i sont see the soln to it. If someone could
address this problem that would be great.
