This information is updated by hardware inventory and heartbeat discovery.
If I'm not mistaken, default interval for both of them is 1 week... so last
boot up time will only be updated once per week. If you want for that
information to be updated more frequently increase heartbeat discovery or
hardware inventory frequency.
