Hi,
I did them before but didnt work.
Then I solved the problem.
Anyhow Lockdown tool removes the enable session state mark under
IIS/yourwebsite/properties/ home directory/configuration/app options/
if you recheck that mark it starts working..

Anybody that has this problem also can use that solution either.
