ALSO! If you did end up having to fix the IWAM account
and the secondary site server is W2K3/ running IIS 6.0,
1. Start IIS Admin
2. Navigate to Application Pools >> SMS Management Point
Pool
3. Right click the SMS Management Point Pool and
select "Start"
If there was a problem with the IWAM account, the
application pool will probably have been disabled by IIS
automatically.
