Take a closer look at www.microsoft.com/smserver, you will find plenty of
information about patch management there. In the Concepts Planning &
Configuration Guide, Operations Guide, Patch Management using SMS 2003 guide
and the FAQ. Every aspect of patch management from planning to operations
and best practices.
