    Both accounts were already /times:ALL.
    IUSR is a member of local GUESTS.
    IWAM is a member of local IIS_WPG.
    The server is the central/primary SMS server which also
    hosts the SQL database. Just upgraded from SMS 2.0 on
    Friday.
