Well it's either the client is having trouble reaching its CAP to get the
advertisement or the advertisement is not there to be got. Check the
ODPSYS32.log on the client and look for you program\package in the log. If
it's not there then you need to check the collection (make sure your client
is in it) and then check offermanager (offermgr.log) to see if it created
the offer file (.OFR). You may need to create a new advertisement so you
can trace this through the logs. Take a look at the SMS admin guide for the
Advertisment system flow to help finding where the ad is being held up.
