Have you filled out the Business Information in the Edit menu? If this doesn't
help, delete the text box and create a new one.

When I create a newsletter from a template I put phone number and email
address on the last page where the template has phone and fax numbers filled
with fives. If I insert or delete pages the phone number and email address I
