Mary,
thanks for your suggestion. Do you mean I can merge two and more PDF files?
I prepared three separate large (about 200 pages each) pub files. Now my
outside printer suggested I put them in one file under 700 pages, so he can
print it in one volume. That's why I'd like these 3 file "stitch virtually"
or merge cover to cover... For now, I'm copying each page and paste it in a
new publication. Awful job! Hoped you or someone else could came with a
better idea ;-)

The only way to combine 97 files is the old copy/paste method. You can
have any number of Publisher 97 applications open at the same time.
You might have success using a PDF converter. www.primopdf.com is free,
the application might have this capability.

I have several files in a MS Publisher 97. I'd like to "stitch" them back
to front. Is there a way to do so?
