Post your Publisher version.

Do you have a ftp (file transfer program)?
If not FileZilla is a great free one. I suggest getting version 2.2.32
There are versions 3.nn available but it seems to be in development and
hasn't got all the features of 2.2.32.

Standing by for your comments after you verify you have a ftp installed and
configured to your ISP.

If this sounds like Greek to you, take it a step at a time and sing out what
