I suggest your composing the newsletter in Outlook. Or selecting all in
Publisher, copy/paste into Outlook with HTML enabled. There is no good way to
send HTML emails. You have to be certain all of your recipients have HTML email
enabled to receive.

I have the same problem with the white areas in sending the publication as
the text via email. I have Publisher 2007 and working off of VISTA. As in
KWIKTAX, I DON'T WANT IT AS AN ATTACHMENT because it's being use in a
marketing campaign and people will not open the attachment (they'll just
delete it). I am certain that this is not suppose to happen so either WE ARE
DOING SOMETHING INCORRECT or there is some type of problem MS Publish 2007
and VISTA(?) may need to address. Whatever help anyone can give me (us)
aside from telling us to use an attachment would be appreciated. Thank you
so much!!!!

I have been creating a news letter using vista and publisher 2007 when i
email it. is distorted even when it goes to people that have office 2007.
i
would like to make the news letter the body of the message and not a
attachment or pdf/xps file and send it through my outlook marketing
campaign
because that is where i keep all my contact information

KWIKTAX
BE BLESSED
Convert it to a PDF and attach. It's exact, and much smaller.
