I notice others have had this problem also with the Trial version of
Publisher 2007. In fact, I cannot create a new document, although my old
document opens. All options are grayed out, so I can't edit anything, insert
new pages...nothing! Even in the new publication I attempted to create I
have no options available. This is totally useless to me! Did anyone get an
answer how to resolve it?

Microsoft has an answer to this problem : buy the software. Your trial period is over.
