Hi John
Thanks for your response. Sorry I should have said that I've tried what
you've suggested and I got the prompt saying: Publisher cannot find the
file,
and I searched the net and came across Mary's posting.
I've tried printing with Word and Excel, as Rob suggested, but there is no
option to 'print or save' as pdf. The Print option shows only Print, Quick
Print and Print Review.

Hello======================================
Despite having installed the 2007 Office SaveAs Pdf/Xps add-in, I
have seen Mary Sauer's posting on this somewhere asking if it in the
Add-in of the Office programmes. I do not see it any of the
programmes even though I have reinstalled twice with genuine
validation. Anything else I can do? Thks.

It's not a program that you open and import files into...
In Publisher 2007...with your project open...have you
tried going to...
File / Publish as .pdf ...Or... File / Save As / .pdf
