Re: how to create an Award Certificate in Publisher 2003?

The template you are using will *never* print the border because you are
supposed to buy the bordered stock from Paper Direct. (I'm not the one who
decided to create templates like that. It's understandably consfusing.)

My suggestion is to go to your local paper supplier and buy someone else's
stock with the fancy border pre-printed on it if you can't find the Paper
Direct stock.

i tried printing on the glossy paperwhich is used to print certificates
however the entire matter that i write comes ok but the borders on the
certificate go blank.
why is that so...

You can check with them. I would think that any decent stationery store
would carry some sort of certificate paper so even if you can't find the
Paper Direct stock, you should be able to find something you like and
will
work with what you'vea already laid out in Publisher (hopefully with
little
adjustment necessary).

how
do
i add the border?

I am going to guess that you used one of the templates that made to be
printed on Paper Direct paper. You can either buy that paper or add
your
own
border.

i have made a certificate in publisher but when i try to print it the
text
gets printed and the border does not...Hence it does not give the
look
of
a
certificate.
