I think I would try to install another HP printer driver on the laptop but
make it a local printer...I've not tried this but I think it would work.

| The driver in my local print folder points to my HP printer which is
| connected to a print server. My laptop connects wirelessly to the print
| server. It's my default (& only) defined printer. It all works fine as
long
| as I'm home and the server is on. It does not allow me to take my laptop
| elsewhere and use Publisher. What's Imagesetter? Generic Color printer?
| Would either of these be dummy printer files to trick publisher into
pointing
| to them instead of searching for the server connection?
