Text shouldn't move. What version Publisher are you using? Was your manuscript
started in a different version. Have you considered putting the long quotes in a
separate text box or a Design Gallery sidebar?
Long documents such as yours are best created in Word.

In a manuscript I have some long quotes which are
in smaller font and indented more than body of text.
It is centered.
When I come back to the document later, I find that
the text has not stayed put. Some lines have moved.
Is there any way in MS Pub to lock this text in place
so it doesn't move around.
I appreciate any advice you can provide.
Thanks,
Tom
