2007 doesn't have this option. The poster will have to create a file and put it
into My Places or Favorite Links in Vista.

I take it you want a default folder to store all of your Publisher files.
This is from Publisher 2000 so your version may be somewhat different.
While in Publisher, select Tools, Options, General tab,
now create your path in the "Files locations" box; use the Modify button.
