For what it's worth I have MSPublisher 2007. I see NOWHERE to change=================================
print color to b&w in order to save on cost of publishing. It seems
basic to me to be able to designate b&w.
In Pub 2007...the following steps
work for my old HP Printer.
File / Print / Properties button /
Publication and Paper settings tab /
Paper Quality tab /
choose...Black and White...

OK / Print...
