I don't know if the free primopdf program will scale but you can try.
www.primopdf.com
I use PDF-XChnage (modest price) and it will scale. It will also retain any
links you may have in your document.

Scroll down the page. Also, consider the Tools package no matter which pdf
creating program you use.
The Viewer program is nearing Gold and you may want to try it.

Hi Don,
thank you for your answer. However, Office 2007 PDF (and XPS) built-in
exporting is not represented by printer and does not offer scaling
setting, or at least I haven't it found yet.

Jan, I use Pub 2000, sans built-in PDF but if you select File, Printer
setup, is PDF listed? If so, can you then select Printer Preferences and
there may be "Scaling".

Hi,
my publication is on A7 format and I need to publish it as A5 format.
With normal printers there is no problem, just set the scaling to 200%,
but how could one achieve that with Publisher's PDF export feature?
Thanks,
Jan
