What version Publisher?
This is a tough problem to solve. What is the resolution of your pictures? What
extension are the pictures? Are they .tif's? There are times when .tif images
misbehave. You can open the image in an editing program and change the extension
to a .jpg or .png or some other extension. Or if the resolution of your picture
is extremely high, lower the resolution in the editing program.
Use the crop tool and adjust the image, you maybe able to crop the line away.

I am using a Publisher template for half-fold greeting cards. I set up the
document and my printer to print a double sided document with images on all
four sides. The card prints the way I want it to appear but there is a line
that appears sides and along the foldline. The outer lines are not visible
in the print preview view but are there when I print. How can I remove them?
