I am working on a booklet and want to number the pages. But I want to begin
numbering the pages on page three of the booklet. I do not want a number on
pages 1 or 2. So, page three of the booklet will be Page 1; page four will
be Page 2, etc. Can it be done, or must I do each page individually?
