Copying and pasting from a web browser into Publisher isn't a terribly good idea (it can cause other problems than the ones you've encountered). Best practice is to save to a local folder and then insert into Publisher.

Ed just told you: save to a local folder. That means, make a new folder on your desktop so you can find it easily. Name it 'weddingbouquet'. Right click on images and save them in that folder. Or save them to the desktop and drag them into the folder.

Then open a publisher document and use the insert graphic icon (looks like scenery, not the icon like the man's head [this applies to publisher 2002 for sure, may be different in other versions]} to insert the image into your document. Repeat.
